What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official Hawaii County inmate records, police reports, booking photos, warrants, or court files, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document for a visitor.

The site points visitors toward public inmate and jail-record resources for Hawaii County and Hawaii, including HPD booking logs, DCR custody resources, Hawaii SAVIN/VINELink, court tools, and outside research services. Government records requested from public agencies may be subject to the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act, HRS Chapter 92F.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other screening decisions.
• Do not try to access systems, accounts, or files without authorization.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated harvesting tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site availability or other visitors' use of the site.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant reports, employment reports, insurance reports, or other consumer reports. By using the site, visitors agree not to use information from this site or a linked partner for FCRA-covered decisions.

• Tenant screening, housing access, or lease decisions.

The site links to jail, police, DCR, court, legal-aid, federal locator, UIPA, and third-party search resources. Those outside websites are not controlled by this site. Their content, privacy practices, pricing, uptime, and terms belong to them, and a link does not mean endorsement.

The site and its content are provided as is. No warranty is made about the following points.

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listed information.
• Uninterrupted site access or error-free operation.
• Freedom from bugs, security problems, or technical defects.
• Completeness or usefulness of any partner search result.

Custody records, booking logs, court records, and public-record responses can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from HPD, DCR, DLE Sheriff Division, a court, or any other government agency.
